Budget Approved for 2024/25

The Council has approved a budget for the financial year 2024 /25 and set a council tax precept of £15.50 for Band D properties. This is the equivalent of 30 pence a week. Despite increasing cost pressures due to inflation this is the fourth year there has been no increase in the precept. This has been achieved by using reserves to balance the budget  The precept will generate an income of £97,000 which will fund all the Town Council activities.
