The Town Council has agreed to provide further financial support to the Caerphilly County Borough Taxi Drivers Association to install a coin operated entry system to the disabled facility to complement similar entry systems on the male and female toilets. This is not a direct grant but is subject to Caerphilly County Borough Council, as the building owner, procuring the work and the Town Council reimbursing CCBC to a maximum of £2,500 and requires that the convenience is available for public benefit for as long as the Taxi Driver’s Association has a tenancy of the building. The money will come form the Community Infrastructure Levy account.
